Tips to a healthy mind

When I think of a healthy mind, I think of a mind that is not stressed, a mind that focuses on the positives in life and generally, a mind that is free.

12 things that you can do to achieve a healthy mind are:

  1. Clear the mind by doing yoga or meditation
  2. Exercise by running or whatever way you like
  3. Eat foods that promote happy feelings
  4. If you're a woman, you can relax in a bubble bath with scented soaps and candles
  5. Listen to music
  6. Read a book
  7. Ignore negative people
  8. Get rid of toxic people in your life
  9. Socialize
  10. Get a hobby if you don't have one
  11. Get some sleep
  12. Laugh more
We should always try to clear our minds every day even if it's for five minutes.
